What is Non Waiverable Damage Excess?
It’s a deductible amount that Hirer is responsible to pay in case of damage to the lease vehicle.
How much is the Non Waiverable Damage Excess?
It’s $3000.00 (excl GST) within Singapore and S$6000 (excl GST) for Malaysia Use.
Are there any options to reduce the Non Waiverable Damage Excess liability?
Yes, there 2 are options – 1) Top Cover: Top Up $150.00 per month excl GST/Non Waiverable Damage Excess – $1500.00 B) Super Top Cover – Top Up $200.00 per month excl /Non Waiverable Damage Excess – $0.00
What other insurance can I purchase?
Tire & Glass package – Top up 50.00 per month (excl GST) for Tire & Windscreen /$0.00 Excess
Is mileage unlimited?

Most cars have unlimited mileage conditions but there are some selections of vehicles that have limited mileage usage. You may check with the sales person.

What is the payment method?
Paynow/Bank transfer
Can I pay with my credit card?
Payment by credit card (Visa/Master) is possible with a 4% administration fee added to the total amount of the transaction.
What do I need to pay to book a car?
Deposit of $1000.00 to book or secure a vehicle. Deposit will be Non Refundable if cancellation is made.
How much I have to pay for 1st leasing payment?
Upon collection of vehicle, the 1st month leasing must be with a $1000.00 deposit (deposit will be refundable upon car return)
Where do I collect the car?

We have 2 location point 1)Changi Airport Terminal 1, Arrival Hall and Opposite Arrival Belts 16-20 OR 2) No 293, Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, Shunli Industrial Park, #03-00 Singapore 416081.

Can I arrange for delivery/Collection?

Delivery/Collection can be arranged with a chargeable fee of $40.00 (excl GST) during operational hours 0900hrs-1800hrs. Delivery/Collection is subject to available of slot (No delivery/collection during weekends or Public Holiday)

What if I damaged the car during the lease period without the full insurance coverage?

Our 24hr operations team must be informed for any accident or self damages on the car within 24hrs of the incident. Damage will be assessed & the Non Waiverable Damage Excess will be payable.

Can I terminate contract at anytime?

The Hirer must sign a lease agreement that is bound by the terms and conditions of the leasing arrangement, and must adhere to and fulfill the stipulated conditions.

Can I drive with an International Driving License ?

All Singaporeans and Singapore permanent residents, even those who are living abroad, need a valid Singapore Driving License to drive in Singapore. Employment Pass holders need a valid Singapore Driving License, if the issuance date of the pass is above 12 months.

Work Permit (WP) and S-Pass holders need a valid Singapore Driving License if the issuance date of the pass is above 6 months.

Is there an age restriction to lease a car with Sixt?

The hirer should be minimum of 22 years old.

Is driving experience required to be eligible leasing a car with Sixt?

The hirer should be holding a driver’s license and have driving experience minimum of 2 years.

Do I need to pay for breakdown services for tyre punture?

A tyre punture does not constitute a breakdown, a spare tyre or a repair kit which will be provided in the cars must be self change/use. If the team is require to assist, $80.00 breakdown fee charges will be applicable

Is there a 24 hours breakdown services?

Yes, 24 hours breakdown service/recovery will be provided within Singapore only

Will I get a free replacement car for breakdown/servicing?

Yes, a free replacement will be given for servicing, any mechanical faults or accidents.

What if I self damage the car?

The 24hrs breakdown team must be informed immediately so that they can access the damage. The cost which will be borne by Hirer. If a replacement car is needed, it will be chargeable.

What I do if accidents happen?

Please contact the 24 hours breakdown team. You will be assisted accordingly

What should I do in case of breakdown?

In case of any breakdown, please contact +65 9655 1503.

Can I drive the car to Malaysia?
Yes our cars can be driven into Malaysia with an additional fee of $40.00 per day(excl GST). This is a surcharge payable for lease below 12 months.
Is there any breakdown service in Malaysia?

Cars are allowed to be driven into Malaysia but we do not provide any breakdown services/ replacement vehicles outside Singapore. The hirer must arrange on their own if breakdown occurs in Malaysia.

How many drivers can I register?
You can register maximum 3 drivers with a fee of $40.00(excl GST) per month/per driver
What happens if I got a summon?

Hirer will be liable to pay any traffic offense incurred during their lease period. An additional admin fee of $20.00(excl GST) will be chargeable for the processing of summons.
